FORBIDDEN: New Songtitles Revealed

Reactivated San Francisco Bay Area metallers FORBIDDEN have entered Sonic Room Studios in Livermore, California to record their as-yet-untitled fifth studio album for a late 2010 release via Nuclear Blast Records.

Last week, drum tracks for the effort were laid down at Bombshelter Studios in downtown Los Angeles with owner Eric Kretz (drummer and founding member of STONE TEMPLE PILOTS).

Working songtitles set to appear on the new CD include:

* Adapt Or Die
* Forsaken At The Gates
* Inhuman Race
* Beyond The Mask
* Dragging My Casket
* Overthrow

* Steve Smyth (NEVERMORE, TESTAMENT) - Guitar
* Matt Camacho - Bass
* Mark Hernandez (HEATHEN, DEFIANCE, VIO-LENCE) - Drums

Demo versions of two new FORBIDDEN songs — "Adapt or Die" and "Hopenosis" — are available for streaming below. The tracks were recorded and mixed last year by Tim Narducci (SPIRALARMS, SYSTEMATIC) and assisted by Brad Barth at Sonic Room/Audio Voyage studios in Livermore, California.

FORBIDDEN's last studio LP, "Green", was released in 1997 on the G.U.N. label.
